According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, the Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Oriskany Falls man regarding a domestic incident.

On March 28, 2022, at about 8:05 AM the Sheriff’s Office responded to an address on North Main Street in the Village of Oriskany Falls for a reported Domestic Incident. While investigating the incident, it was alleged that Curtis Harvey, age 21, of Oriskany Falls struck a female in the face while she was holding a child. The female then attempted to leave the residence with the child however Harvey prevented her from leaving to get help.

Harvey was subsequently arrested for multiple misdemeanors, which consist of one count each of; Criminal Mischief 4th, Stalking 3rd, Endangering the welfare of a child, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction. Harvey was also charged with two counts of Unlawful Imprisonment which are misdemeanors along with one count of Harassment 2nd which is a violation.

Harvey was taken into custody and transported to the law enforcement building for processing and was subsequently held at Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.
