According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Deansboro man was arrested after an investigation into a complaint that occurred in the Town of Marshall.

On April 26, 2024, Brian Bridge, 51, was arrested on charges related to an incident that occurred in April of 2021.

Upon completion of the investigation, Bridge was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree, a class A Misdemeanor.

Bridge was processed at the Waterville Field Office and given an appearance ticket returnable to Marshall Town Court.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by the CNY SPCA. The CNY SPCA charged Bridge with eight counts of animal cruelty, four counts of failure to provide proper sustenance to an animal, and four counts of failing to provide veterinary care to an animal.
