Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol has announced the next in a series of “Sheriff’s Community Coffee” events. These unique events bring uniform Deputy Sheriffs & Correction Officers and the community members they serve, together–over a cup of coffee–to discuss issues and learn more about each other.

These events have no speeches or specific topics – it’s just informal conversations with the members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement and Corrections Divisions about who they are, what they do, and what matters to community residents. There are also no interruptions such as radios, patrol cars and cell phones for a short period of time so that we can be more approachable and have relaxed conversations with those we serve and protect. Most importantly, the “Sheriff’s Community Coffee” events are opportunities to build relationships in order to better problem solve with the people in the community.

The Sheriff’s Office invites you to join us at the following upcoming events:

Friday, February 16th, at The Station Diner at 44 Oswego Street, Camden NY 13316 at 9:00 am

Friday, February 16th, At Mary's Diner at 7475 Vienna Road, Blossvale NY 13308 at 11:00am

If you have any questions about these or any other events, please contact the Sheriff's Community Affairs Unit at (315) 765-2224.
