According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol on Tuesday May 21, 2019 at 11:15 am Deputies were called to the New York State Power Authority located at 6520 Glass Factory Road in Marcy for an assist. Earl Teuscher, 60, of Holland Patent was shocked while working on an outside light at the Power Authority. He was transported by Kunkel Ambulance to a local hospital for precautionary measures. He was conscious, walking, and talking after the incident.
