The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is attempting to identify the male in the photograph in regards to a stolen credit card that occurred on Ottman Rd in the Town of Vernon. The victims credit card was used at a Save On Gas Station and Tebbs in Oneida. The person of interest was scene operating the vehicle also attached.
