According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on August 18, 2020 at about 0006 hrs., Deputies responded to 4691 Route 233 for a reported fight. It was also reported that a gun may be involved.

Upon arrival, there was a large amount of people and a white male was reported to have been beat up by several individuals. The white male was treated on scene by members from Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corps. and then transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

Several individuals on scene reported that information for the party was sent out via SnapChat. Once the scene was secured, all individuals that were still on scene were escorted of off the property. The property owner was initially on scene, but was not able to be located after the scene was secure.

It appears that several of the individuals who were at the party are the same group of individuals that were at some the previously reported parties where it was reported that fights, assaults, larcenies and robberies had occurred .

No guns were located on scene. The incident is still under investigation.
