According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 08/20/2020 at approximately 3:04 PM, members of the Oneida County Sheriff's Office road patrol were dispatched to the scene of a personal injury motor vehicle accident involving multiple vehicles at the intersection of Route 5 and Route 233 in the Town of Westmoreland. Portions of both roadways are shut down currently. The public is asked to avoid the immediate area. The accident is currently under investigation. More details to follow.
