According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, Deputies responded to an address on Bartlett Road in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported domestic in progress complaint. Upon completing an investigation, it was determined the Christopher W. Moreland (19) of Westmoreland, NY had violated a refrain from order of protection. Christopher was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Office. Christopher was subsequently charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, an E Felony, Menacing 3rd, a B Misdemeanor and Harassment 2nd, a Violation. Christopher was booked/processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and then transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he was held pending an arraignment in CAP Court.
