According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Cazenovia man has been hospitalized due to injuries sustained from a fall at a construction site in the Town of Lee.

At approximately 12:25 PM, Deputies were dispatched to 8744 Thomas Road in the Town of Lee for an industrial accident.

Luke D. Perry 20, of Cazenovia had fallen approximately 25 feet from rafters of a barn which was being built at the location. Perry sustained non-life threatening injuries to his lower body and was transported by AmCare ambulance to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica where he remains hospitalized.

Members of Lee Center Fire, AmCare ambulance and the New York State Police assisted on scene.
