A Florence Man was arrested after being involved in a domestic dispute Friday night. According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol members of the Sheriff’s Road Patrol responded to a complaint early this morning in the Town of Florence. The victim said that Friday Night, John Roark 44 of Florence pointed a gun at her and threatened her with it. Roark was taken into custody without incident. He was charged with Harassment in the second degree a violation, Menacing, and Endangering the welfare of a child, both class A Misdemeanors, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third degree a class D felony. Roark was transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he is being held until his arraignment in the Centralized Arraignment Court.
