According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol there is currently a Police presence on Route 365 in the Town of Floyd. The Sheriff's Office Road Patrol is currently investigating a suspicious activity incident at a closed business in the area. At this time members of the Sheriff's Office and New York State Police are on scene, there is no danger to the public, and more information maybe released at a later time.
