According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Ashley Kiehn of Bridgewater on today's date. Ashley was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd, a class D Felony. It is alleged that Ashley stole checks from the victim and cashed them at a bank in the Village of Clinton. The complaint was originally reported at the end of October to the Road Patrol Division. Ashley was processed at the LEB and sent to CAP Court for arraignment.
