* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty south winds this morning, especially for higher terrain and in south-to-north aligned valleys. However, the strongest westerly winds arrive this afternoon and evening along and behind a powerful cold front.
