According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; Road Patrol Deputies responded to a (2) vehicle accident with complaints of injuries on State Route 13 in the Town of Camden around 1130 AM.

Deputies determined that Tyler Congden (21) of Parish was operating a 2003 Subaru Westerly on Route 13 when he failed to notice a 2012 Ford turning into a driveway. Due to severe weather conditions, Tyler was unable to stop and crashed into the vehicle. Tyler and his passenger were uninjured in the crash.

The operator of the Ford was evaluated by Camden Ambulance personnel for non life threatening injuries. The operator of the Ford was transported by North Shore Ambulance to Rome Memorial Hospital for further evaluation.

Tyler was issued a citation for following too closely, returnable to the Town of Camden Court on a later date.
