According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a Lee Center man was arrested after he was involved in a physical domestic dispute which occurred in the Town of Lee.

Deputies responded to a home in the Town of Lee on September 27th, 2022 at approximately 5:57 P.M. after the 911 Center received a call for a physical domestic dispute where the male had left the scene. Upon completion of an investigation, Deputies determined the male, identified as Jerry A. Lohr (37), was involved in a physical domestic with his wife, which occurred in front of their two children, ages 5 and 9. Lohr was later taken into custody without further incident. Lohr was charged with two counts of Endangering The Welfare Of A Child, Class A Misdemeanor, and three counts of Harassment 2nd, Violation's. Lohr was transported to the LEB for processing and turned over to the Oneida County Jail, awaiting centralized arraignment.
