Update to Lohr Arrest T/Lee

Jerry A Lohr was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court on 9/28/2022. Due to current New York State bail reform laws in effect, Lohr was Released on his own Recognizance, to appear in Lee Town Court on an upcoming date for the charge of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree.
