According to Sheriff Robert Maciol of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, on November 8, 2022, at about 11 PM, the Sheriff’s Deputies as well as the New York State Police, were dispatched to Rickmeyer Rd in the Town of Floyd for an investigation.

The roadway is currently shut down for the investigation. Please avoid the area. More information will follow when it becomes available. The public is currently in no danger.
