According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Verona man was arrested after an investigation into a domestic that occurred in the Town of Verona.

On March 29, 2023, Jason S Tuttle, 38, was arrested on charges related to a domestic incident that occurred on March 29, 2023.

Upon completion of the investigation, Tuttle was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st, a class D Felony, Aggravated Family Offense, a class E Felony, two counts of Criminal Mischief 4th, a class A Misdemeanor, and Stalking 3rd, a class A Misdemeanor.

Tuttle was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and will be held at the Oneida County Jail awaiting arraignment.

The Domestic Violence Unit was assisted by the Oneida County Sheriff's Warrants Unit.
