According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, Road Patrol Deputies responded to an address on E Schuyler St in the Village of Boonville on August 7, 2023, for a reported domestic dispute.

Subsequent to investigation, Shawn M. Hutchins, 34, was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd, a Class A-Misdemeanor, and Harassment in the

2nd, a violation. Hutchins was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
