According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a Deerfield woman was arrested after an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Deerfield.

On November 22, 2023, Deputies responded to a residence in the Town of Deerfield for a Domestic Dispute on Cosby Manor Rd. Subsequent to their investigation, Danielle Hogan, 38, was arrested and charged with (5) counts of Endangering The Welfare of a Child, (1) count of Menacing and (1) count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon. Hogan was processed at the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building, arraigned at Oneida County Cap Court, and released on her own recognizance.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victims.
