According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol; A Fulton man was arrested after an investigation into a menacing incident that occurred in the Town of Camden.

On July 1st, 2024, at or around 9:45 pm deputies responded to an incident involving a knife in the Town of Camden. Upon completion of the investigation, Kenneth W. Miller, 43, was arrested on several charges, including domestic related charges related to this incident.

Kenneth W. Miller was transported to the Kurt B. Wyman Law Enforcement Building for processing, and while waiting for processing to be completed, he decided to punch the booking room window several times, causing it to break.

Ultimately, Kenneth was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, Class D Felonies, one count of Aggravated Family Offense, a Class E Felony, one count of Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, a Class E Felony, DWI w/Previous Convictions, a Class E Felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree, a Class E Felony, two counts of Menacing in the 2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, and a total of 9 Universal Traffic Tickets.

Kenneth was eventually held in Oneida County Jail pending arraignment at the Oneida County Central Arraignment Court.
