According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, a Town of Ohio man was arrested on 7/3/2024, for an issued arrest warrant stemming from a domestic incident that occurred on 5/8/2024.

On July 3rd, 2024, at approximately 11:34 am, Oneida County Sheriff Deputies responded to 8682 Soule Rd in the Town of Floyd with an attempt to locate Joseph Dunn at his workplace. Upon arriving on scene they identified and made contact with Joseph, placing him into custody, followed by transport to the Law Enforcement Building for processing.

The arrest warrant was issued by a Judge for a domestic incident with criminal charges that occurred on 5/8/24, after which attempts to make contact with Joseph were unsuccessful. During the domestic incident, Dunn was alleged to have violated a Court Order of Protection while endangering the health and life of the protected party who was on a motorcycle. Allegedly, Joseph then followed the protected party to her home, where he damaged her vehicle and the property where she resided.

Dunn was charged with one count of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree (PL 215.50), Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree (PL 120.20), Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (PL 145.00), and Harassment in the Second Degree (PL 240.26).

Dunn was transported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office where he was booked and held for arraignment at Oneida County CAP Court.
