An Annsville man was arrested following a domestic incident.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 07/28/2024 at around 01:20PM, Deputies responded to an address on Wilson Rd in the Town of Annsville, for a reported domestic incident. Subsequent to the investigation, Deputies charged Tyler Carter, 32, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Reckless Endangerment 2nd, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, all Misdemeanors; and Harassment 2nd, a Violation.

Carter was transported to the Law Enforcement Building where he was processed on the charges and will await arraignment at CAP Court.
