Recently, Special Patrol Officer Scott Martin has made a very kind and thoughtful donation to the Oneida County Probation Office in Utica. SPO Martin has purchased and donated multiple coloring books and a large box of markers for use by both adults and children while they are waiting at Probation appointments to mitigate their anxiety or otherwise keep them busy.
