According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, Investigation found that Melissa M. Havoncik left CAP Court in a vehicle with two individuals after her arraignment. The parties have since been located and her safety has been verified. The Oneida County Sheriff's Office would like to thank everyone who assisted in this investigation.
