According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M.

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol, on November 10, 2024, around 10:34 am, Deputies responded to the area of State Route 365, between Middle Road and McKern Road, in the Town of Floyd for two vehicle personal injury accident.

Deputies determined the operator, Phoebe R. Kline of Syracuse, exited the driveway and onto State Route 365 after she lost control of 2008 motorcycle. Upon entering State Route 365, Kline struck a 2014 Ford pickup truck that traveling in the easterly direction, operated by James E. Patton of Holland Patent. Kline was treated on scene by AmCare and was air lifted to SUNY Upstate Hospital by Mercy Flight for head injury.

Oneida County Sheriff’s department was assisted on scene by AmCare Ambulance, Floyd Fire Department and New York State Police.
