According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, on 11/15/2024 at approximately 1630 Hrs, Sheriff’s deputies responded to 7900 Limberlost Rd T/Kirkland for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies learned that a stabbing occurred during a domestic dispute between family members. The victim was transported to Wynn Hospital after sustaining non-life-threatening wounds and eventually transported to Upstate Medical Center for further care. A juvenile suspect was taken into custody on scene without incident and transported to the LEB where he was processed and arraigned. The juvenile was remanded to a secure detention facility and is due to appear at Oneida County Court, Youth Part on a later date.
