According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on December 12, 2018, deputies arrested Reinaldo Lopez, age 46, of Utica, for petit larceny of a bicycle that was on the property of the Oneida County Office Building. Lopez was positively identified after reviewing surveillance camera footage and voluntarily turned himself into the Sheriff's Office.

Lopez was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear at Utica City Court on a later date.
