Fire alarm

According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert Maciol, a male identified as Yamil Montalvo pulled a fire alarm at the Oneida County Office Building in the City of Utica around 4:00 PM on today date. Montalvo was taken into custody for activating a fire alarm when no emergency existed. The County Building was evacuated and the Utica Fire Department responded as a precaution. No injuries were reported during this event. The investigation into the incident is ongoing and more information will be released when it becomes available.
