Top Ten Arrest

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Warrant Unit / United States Marshal's Regional Fugitive Task Force, #2 on the 2018 Top Ten Most Wanted list warrant was arrested this morning.

Oneida County Sheriff's Warrant Unit members obtained information that Yusef BURNETT was in a residence this morning, located within the 500 block of Plant St. City of Utica. USMS Task Force members had conducted an early morning surveillance and located BURNETT within the residence. BURNETT was taken into custody along with another subject that was wanted on a separate charge.

BURNETT was taken to the Oneida County Jail and will be arraigned on the charge of Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony, in Oneida County Drug Court at later time.
