This afternoon at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Robert M. Maciol was sworn in as Oneida County Sheriff for a third term. The Oath of Office was administered by New York State Supreme Court Justice of the 5th Judicial Districted, Hon. Gerard Neri. It was noted during the swearing in that the location of the ceremony, the Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court, was selected because of the collaboration between Sheriff Maciol and Judge Neri in 2017 leading to the successful effectuation of one of the first Centralized Arraignment Courts in New York State.
