According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 01/04/2019 Daniel R. Clemens (33 of 43 Pine Haven Cir. Rome was arrested during a domestic dispute for endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief 4th, and harassment 2nd. Clemens was transported to the Oneida County Jail to be arraigned at centralized arraignment.
