According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 2/5/19 at approximately 7:45pm, sheriff’s deputies and state police responded to Bogan Road, Town of Marshall, for a domestic disturbance. Deputies determined that Gregory Getman (38) had been involved in a physical altercation with his father, William Getman (67). Gregory Getman is being accused of damaging property belonging to the victim and was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th. Getman was transported to the Oneida County Jail where he is awaiting arraignment.
