According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 02/06/2019 at approximately 11:01pm, Sheriff’s Deputies and State Police responded to 2200 Signal Drive Lot #33, in the Town of Marshall for a dispute. Deputies determined Roland Miller had been involved in a physical altercation with Stephen Bull. During the altercation, Miller brandished a kitchen knife and made threats to harm Bull. Miller was subsequently arrested and charged with Menacing in the 2nd degree and Harassment in the 2nd degree. Miller was transported to the Oneida County Jail to await arraignment.
