According to Sheriff Robert Maciol the operator from the hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred on Rt 26 in the Town of Vernon on March 04, 2019 has been identified as JH Waterman, 46, of Augusta. Waterman was issued the following tickets:

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd

Unlicensed operator

Leaving the scene of a property damage accident

Failing to keep right on a roadway

Failing to maintain a lane

Improper plates

Unsafe Tires

Waterman is scheduled to appear in Town of Vernon Court at a later date.
