According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick A. O’Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Utica man was arrested for having sexual contact with a female child under the age of 17. Utica Police Department Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III, assigned to the Child Advocacy Center, arrested John L. Stone, 58, for Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, both A Misdemeanors. Stone was processed at the Utica Police Department and issued appearance tickets for Utica City Court at a later date. The victim has been offered counseling services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
