According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol:

On March 11th 2019, shortly after 3:00 P.M.Deputies responded to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center to speak with a female involved in a domestic incident that occurred at 5469 Trenton Road in the Town of Deerfield sometime in the early hours of 2:00 A.M.

Based on an investigation, Deputies arrested Juan Delmoral (45) of Deerfield for the criminal offenses of Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment in the second degree, a violation level offense. Delmoral is to be arraigned at the Oneida County Centralized Arraignment Court for further and is to appear in court at a later date and time.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was assisted by staff/representatives of the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, New York State Police, Department of Social Services and the YWCA
