According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on 3/12/19, Deibellyn Ines-Acevedo-Perea, 27, of Utica, was arrested for three counts of endangering the welfare of a child at the Oneida County Office Building. It was reported to the Sheriff’s Office by an employee that three children were left unattended in a running vehicle on Charlotte Street outside of the office building. An investigation determined that the children, ages 8, 6 and 4 were left in the running vehicle without adult supervision. Ines-Acevedo-Perea was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and was given an appearance ticket and is to appear at Utica City Court on a later date.
