According to Oneida County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Derrick O'Meara, Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Utica man was arrested by the Child Advocacy Center on March 13, 2019. Utica Police Investigator Frederick Bruzzese III arrested Timothy G. Secor, age 54, for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor. The arrest was the result of an investigation into inappropriate contact that Secor had with a young female child, on March 1, 2019 in the City of Utica. Secor was issued an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date. An order of protection will be requested through the court. The Victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center. Investigator Bruzzese was assisted by members of the Utica Police Department.
