According to Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Derrick O’Meara , Director of the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, a Clark Mills mas was arrested by the Child Advocacy Center on May 3rd 2019. Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Carey J. Phair and Rome Police Department Detective E.A. D’Alessandro arrested Christopher R. Cormier, age 30, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor. The arrest was a result of an investigation into inappropriate photographs that that were made available to a 12 year old female victim in April of 2019. Cormier was arraigned at Oneida County Central Arraignment and released. An Order of protection was issued by the court on behalf of the victim. The victim has been offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
