According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, 14 Corrections Officers from the Oneida, Madison, and Herkimer County Sheriff’s Offices graduated from the Basic Corrections Academy during a Monday evening ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Utica campus of the Mohawk Valley Community College, where the Mohawk Valley Police Academy is located.

This graduation ceremony was the culmination of eight weeks of intense classroom study, hands-on training, physical fitness & military drill training , and practical exercises.

The graduating recruits are:
