According to Sheriff Robert Maciol members of the Oneida County Sheriff's Office are currently investigating a possible Burglary, on Luke Road in the Town Marcy.

The call came in through the 911 Center as a Burglary in Progress and it was reported that two subject made entry into a house on Luke Road. Members of the Sheriff's Office, New York State Police and New York State ENCON Police are on scene and the investigation is still ongoing.

At this time the heavy police presence in the area has cleared up. At no time were any residence in the immediate area in any type of danger.
