According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, deputies investigated a reported threat regarding the Waterville Elementary School last evening. Upon investigating this incident, it was determined that the threat was not credible, the students and staff are not in danger. The Sheriff’s Office wants the public to know that there is no connection with this incident and the Bank Robbery in Oriskany Falls. The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division and Special Patrol Officer worked in conjunction with the Waterville School District on this investigation.
