It is with deep regret that the members of the Willowvale…
It is with deep regret that the members of the Willowvale Fire Company and the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office announce the passing of their Fire Chief and Deputy Sheriff Wayne Smoulcey. Wayne’s long courageous battle with cancer ended on May 22, 2019 with his loving family and friends by his side. Arrangements are in the care of the Friedel, Williams and Edmunds Funeral Home, New Hartford, NY.
Services for Wayne are slated for the following dates:
Tuesday, May 28, 2019 (calling hours)
Wednesday, May 29, 2019 (funeral)
Mass at 11:00 hrs.
All services will be held at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church located at 2222 Genesee Street in the City of Utica, NY.
A private interment will follow the services.
