According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol; On June 17th Eric D. Coughlin, 48 of Whitesboro NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from an incident that took place on May 30th, 2019 in the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he used a cane to damage a glass window within a cell door. Inmate Coughlin is scheduled to appear in the Town of Whitestown Court on todays date at 5 PM to answer the charges.
