According to Robert M Maciol, on June 20, 2019 at about 1:50 PM deputies responded to a physical altercation inside the County Office Building located on Park Ave in the City of Utica. Deputies stated that Karmisha S Christoper,21 of Utica was charged with Disorderly conduct following an altercation with another female (20 YO). The incident is still under investigation.
