According to Oneida County Sheriff, Robert M. Maciol the Criminal Investigation Unit arrested Jonathan Surprenant, 18 of Utica and Robert Perry, 19 of Utica for Grand Larceny 4th. On the night of June 11th the males had stolen a vehicle from a business in Whitestown. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the business.

Both Surprenant and Perry were issued appearance tickets to appear at Whitestown Court on a later date.
