According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol; On July 12th, 2019 at approximately 6:31PM Deputies arrived at 7077 Stearns Roadlot #9 in the Town of Floyd for a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that Joseph J. Jacobsen, 48 of Floyd verbally abused the victim with derogatory names causing her to be annoyed and alarmed. There was a refrain from order of protection in place from another domestic incident that took place earlier this week. Jacobsen was taken into custody and transported to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office for processing. Jacobsen was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd and Harassment 2nd. Jacobsen was then transported to Oneida County Correctional Facility for central arraignment and was held on bail and is set to appear in court on a later date and time.
