According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, on July 15th, 2019 around 0945 hours Deputies arrested Joshua Cooper (38) of Boonville in regards to a Domestic Incident that took place on July 11th, 2019 at 9740 Brown Road in the Town of Annsville around 2045 hours. During the investigation Deputies found that Cooper was in violation of a family court order of protection and was a suspect in regards to two other charges stemming from the Domestic. Cooper was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Misdemeanor), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (Misdemeanor), and Harassment 2nd (Violation). Following Cooper’s arrest he was brought to the Oneida County Jail for top await Centralized Arraignment at CAP court.
