According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, 1 man faces charges following a domestic incident in the Village of Waterville.

On July 31, 2019 at approximately 1:30 pm deputies responded to Tower Street in the Village of Waterville for a possible domestic incident. During the investigation, deputies on scene determined Richard Stacy, 45, to be in violation of an order of protection after he had sent numerous text messages and phone calls to the victim. Stacy was subsequently arrested and brought to the Oneida County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
